BULLION

Platinum October future has advanced around a percent at $ 1,146.60.

Silver September delivery has gained 0.5 percent at $ 20.293.

Gold December contract is up 0.3 percent at $ 1,345.35 an ounce.

ENERGY

Brent Oil October and Crude Oil September series are down 0.2-0.3 percent each at $ 43.15 and $ 41.01 per barrel, respectively.

Natural Gas September expiry is unchanged at $ 2.857.

BASE METAL

Copper September delivery has shed nearly a percent at $ 2.200.
